Ááá, végig olvastam a hírt. Szóval ez trilateriális keretek között, török részvétellel fog megtörténni. Ez sem kevés, de azért egy kicsit más:

“When you look at the outcome, the joint statement that was issued at the conclusion of the 6th Trilateral Summit, especially its paragraph No 6, it welcomes the signing of the protocol on conduct of mutual exercises and on training cooperation. The documents adopted are two separate protocols: one for training of police personnel i.e. counter terrorism/law enforcement and the other for the training of the military personnel and both include a training component in them. So, all three states have signed on documents that provide for training of personnel,” she added.

According to one of the protocols, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Turkey had signed a memorandum of understanding for training police personnel and conduct mutual military exercises. The first protocol includes training courses between the militaries of the three countries and mutual exercises. These were singed by Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, General Necdet Ozal of Turkey and General Shah Muhammad Kairimi from Afghanistan.

Tudják ezek, hogy a nyugat sok pénzt képes áldozni a kiképzés segítésére. Amúgy meg "kecskére káposztát?"

Karzai 'chose' India to train Afghan troops after 'dumping' Pak offer: Musharraf
Former Pakistan leader Pervez Musharraf has slammed Afghan President Hamid Karzai for forging a training alliance with India, saying that Islamabad had offered him similar help, which he refused.

"We've opened up all our training institutions free of cost. Come to Pakistan and we'll train you. Not one has come. What is his game?" The Express Tribune quoted Musharraf, as saying.

Musharraf, who ruled Pakistan as a military dictator and later as a civilian President between 2001 and 2008, said he had been "bending backwards" for Karzai to send people to Islamabad instead of New Delhi.

He said that a phased pullout of US troops from Afghanistan, which is due to be completed by 2014, had pushed Karzai closer to India.

"India is certainly - certainly doing that. And unfortunately, the Afghan government is going along," the former Pakistan President said, adding that countries in the region are seeking to fill the void left by America.

"I know that diplomats, intelligence personnel, military men, security people go to India for training," he said.

The former Pakistan leader however praised Karzai for recently stating that Afghanistan would back Pakistan if the United States were to launch a military attack on the latter, a prospect which Musharraf dismissed.

"I think it's totally preposterous to imagine this kind of thing. And then I thank him that this is the first time he's made a pro-Pakistan statement," Musharraf added. ANI

szóval a törökök wardak és jowzjan után, még ezt is bevállalják. ügyesek, tudnak középtávon is gondolkodni, és úgy hogy "alig" kerül nekik valamibe. lehetne tanulni.
